Sessions are conducted in a private room and last around 45 minutes. We’ll discuss your main concerns, how these problems developed and then we may discuss whether an internal assessment of the pelvic floor muscles would be useful. A gentle assessment of how the muscles are moving and how strong they are gives me lots of information about what’s going on, but you don’t have to have one. We can always discuss ways to start getting you better without it.
