Clinical Specialist Orthotist
Matthew gained an honours degree from the University in Strathclyde in July 2015 and has since worked for both the private sector, and the NHS around South Wales and the South West of England.
Currently working within the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board Matthew has experience in lower limb biomechanics and takes particular interest in how musculoskeletal injuries and neurological diseases affect these. A hunger to achieve the best outcomes and patient focused care are what drive Matthew to one day become a leading clinician within the field.
Being a keen sportsman, and President of Cardiff City Rowing Club, Matthew understands the importance of an effective rehabilitation plan and believes effective orthotic treatment can help speed up this process.
