As part of Agile Therapy’s ongoing support to James Rudolf he underwent a biomechanical assessment with our Orthotist Doug Young.

Last night James was fitted with custom orthotics with the aim of maintaining normal joint stresses and keeping James injury free. As well as new orthotics Agile Therapy have supplied James with CEP compression running socks to help keep his legs feeling fresh, or as fresh as they can be after all those miles!

At this period James is continuing to increase his miles and running daily to allow his legs to adapt to the increased stress and strain that running the considerable amount of miles he will be doing from the marathon and then the journey back from London to Cardiff.

If you are interesting in visiting Agile Therapy for a biomechanical assessment or custom fitted orthotics please contact us on 02920 099 400 or info@agiletherapy.com

We’ll keep you up to date with James’ progress as the marathon draws closer.

A special thanks to Beagle Orthopaedic Ltd for the custom orthotics and Medi UK Ltd and CEP for the compression socks.
